Sue Ashby is a writer and counsellor. She has worked as a dramatist in theatre, radio and television and promoted the literary arts for personal and professional development in many projects.
She currently writes stories and novels for young people and says the emphasis in her workshop will be on ‘exploring creativity, building self-confidence, enjoying working with others and having fun.’
In 2008, Sue's story Pumpkin was published in WOWW 366!, A National Year of Reading collection of stories for 5 - 9 year olds. She wrote Pumpkin while studying for an MA in Writing for Young People at Bath Spa University.
